When will the order be shipped out?
Most orders will be shipped out on the following business day by FedEx or UPS once payment has been confirmed. If the payment are made via Paypal eCheck, the order will only be shipped once the funds are cleared.
How long will it take for the order to arrive?
The order should arrive within 1-5 business days.Please note that we ship only to physical street addresses. We cannot ship to post office boxes or APO. Please be aware that it may be subject to customs and duties when it is coming into your country.We are not be responsible for delays caused by shipping or customs. You will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped by FedEx or UPS.The order will be shipped from USA or Hong Kong.
Do I have to pay taxes?
Due to different international tax laws, all prices listed on the website are factory prices, any taxes applied at the country of destination are the responsibility of the consignee.
How much is the shipping fee?
We offer free shipping to the United States, Asia, Australia, Canada, Europe. Shipping to Africa & Middle East +$75.
Is the watch warranted?
Your ANCON watch is warranted by ANCON for one year from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of the warranty. The international ANCON warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased ANCON watch. The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official ANCON dealer. Please see the watch's manual for full details.
Is there any return policy?
You may return or exchange any item as long as we are notified within 72 hours after receiving the item(s) for a full store credit of your purchase price minus shipping, to exchange for another in stock product, or a full refund minus shipping charges.
- Item(s) must be undamaged. Watches must be unworn, straps must not be changed. Any watch received with damage, wear, or any signs of use is not eligible for return or exchange.
- You may exchange your item for anything in our store that is currently in stock and either pay the cost difference, or if you are exchanging for a less expensive item, you will have the difference in cost to use as a store credit.
- Pre-order deposits and payments are non-refundable and can be applied only for store credit.
- Item(s) must be received within 2 weeks of notice to be eligible for refund or exchange.
